PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Former South Dakota Corrections Secretary Kellie Wasko will serve as an advisor to Hughes County for jail operations. She’s married to Hughes County Jail Administrator Gerald Wasko. Under the agreement, Kellie Wasko will advise the county commission, not the jail itself.
