SALEM, SD (KELO.com) — Testimony has begun in the triple murder trial of former Centerville Mayor Jay Ostrem. He’s accused of killing Paul Frankus, Zachary Frankus and Timothy Richmond in 2024. The jury heard testimony from the Frankus brothers’ father, and from the dispatcher who received the 911 call on the night they were killed. The trial is expected to last for two weeks.
