SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — St. Patrick’s Day isn’t until next Tuesday, but you’ll see plenty ‘wearin of the green’ in downtown Sioux Falls this Saturday. The annual St. Patrick’s Day parade will be start at two on Phillips Avenue Saturday. Police Lieutenant Andrews Siebenborn says there will be a big crowd. A number of streets will be closed for the parade, starting at about noon. Lt. Siebenborn also encouraged participants to make arrangements for a designated driver or a ride home if their plans include alcohol. He said officers would be on patrol, watching for signs of impaired driving.
