PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Supreme Court has affirmed a lower court ruling to commit a juvenile to the Department of Corrections for making a terrorist threat at a school. Attorney General Marty Jackley says the ruling makes it clear that violent threats against schools will be taken seriously. The case involved threats against a school counselor and others at the Edgemont School.
