SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are looking forward to releasing crime stats in coming weeks. Chief Jon Thum says crime numbers are dropping, even though the city is adding about five thousand new residents every year. Chief Thum says the number of crimes is down in nearly all of the major categories.
