PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden and legislative leaders are taking action following last weekend’s protest in the Twin Cities that interrupted a local church service. The Governor announced a new bill that would make actions like that a felony in South Dakota. The Twin Cities incident was an outgrowth of protests against ICE, following the fatal shooting of a Minnesota woman by an ICE agent earlier this month.
