PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota’s unemployment rate moved up slightly in November, but it’s still very low at 2.1-percent. The State Labor Department says information on October’s numbers aren’t available because of the government shutdown last fall. Sioux Falls and Rapid City both reported jobless rates of 1.9-percent.
