Falls Park Master Plan unveiled to public

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation rolls out the masterplan for Falls Park.  Officials shared details with the public at the Falls Overlook Café Wednesday night.  The improvements could cost up to 130-million dollars.  Parks and Rec officials say it’s the most ambitious plan the department has ever had.
