SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man is being held on aggravated assault, false imprisonment and parole violation charges after being arrested late Monday with a stolen vehicle. 32 year old Willard Makes Room for Them III was seen driving a stolen vehicle on the city’s east side, and was located at an apartment at North Omaha and East First Street. He held a woman and her child in an apartment, threatening people with a bat, refusing to leave when the police were working with him. Ashley Davis, who is also 32 years old, was also arrested for parole violations and possessing a stolen vehicle. No one was injured.
