Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — School officials across South Dakota are expressing disappointment following last week’s Budget Address by Governor Larry Rhoden. The Governor’s budget doesn’t include any increase in state aid to education. Pierre Superintendent Kelly Glodt is joining his colleagues in voicing his concerns. Even though funding isn’t increasing, expenses are. Glodt says tough conversations are underway to deal with the problem.
