Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Southeast Technical College is creating a Homebuilding Lab. Thanks to a two-million dollar grant from Wells Fargo the Southeast Tech Foundation. The announcement was made at an on-campus event featuring state and local officials and TV personality and skilled trades advocate Mike Rowe. School President Cory Clasemann says the lab will provide housing for the city and an opportunity for students to build for their future.
