Omaha, NE (KELO.com) — The regional division of the Drug Enforcement Administration is launching Fentanyl Free America. The campaign aims to reduce the flow of fentanyl. Arrest and seizure records show it’s producing results. Assistant Special Agent in Charge Travis Ocken of the Omaha Field Office says The DEA and other federal law enforcement agencies are all focused on taking out Drug Cartels. So far, the effort has resulted in the seizure of nearly 25-thousand fentanyl pills and 37 pounds of fentanyl powder in the Dakotas, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska since it was launched in October.
