Nearly a year and a half after the fact, North Sioux City is getting help to recover from devastating floods. South Dakota will receive over 15-million dollars from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to support long term recovery efforts. The Governor’s Office of Economic Development is working with federal and local partners to take the last steps in getting the funding awarded.
