Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Area Metro is building on its early success. General manager Torin Kalberg reported to the city council that ridership is up by nearly 30 percent through October of this year. SAM plans to add or upgrade existing bus shelters at the city’s busiest stops to push ridership even higher.
