Governor Larry Rhoden
Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Rhoden is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the state’s Board of Pardons and Paroles. The opening comes as long-time board member Ken Albers steps down. The nine-member board meets monthly to handle parole hearings, pardons, and commutations, with members appointed by the Governor, Attorney General, and State Supreme Court. Anyone interested has until November 21st to apply.
