An 18-year-old Sioux Falls man faces murder and attempted robbery charges in connection with this week’s homicide on the city’s southwest side. Kray Bluebird is accused of shooting two females at an apartment complex early Tuesday morning. One of them died on the scene, and the other was treated at a local hospital and released. Bluebird is being held on a one-million-dollar bond.
