South Dakota family sues Summit Carbon Solutions

Brown County, SD (KELO.com) — Summit Carbon Solutions is being sued by a South Dakota family over alleged trespassing. Jared and Tara Bossly say survey crews illegally trespassed on their land just over two years ago. Their lawsuit also claims sheriff’s deputies and security guards wouldn’t allow Jared to be within 300 feet of surveyors.
