Sturgis, SD (KELO.com) — Four people have been arrested in the sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping of a 15-year-old girl. They were arrested after a high-speed chase by police in Sturgis. The girl managed to escape a residence in the city and told authorities she was sexually assaulted and forced to consume illegal drugs.
