Badlands, SD (KELO.com) — Five people are dead in a tragic crash near the Badlands. Officials say the car was headed east on Highway 44 and failed to negotiate a turn. It entered a ditch and struck a concrete barrier before catching on fire. The driver and four occupants died at the scene.
