SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — With all the challenges involved in maintaining a strong blood supply during the COVID pandemic, GreatLife has partnered with Community Blood Bank to provide a thank you to community members that have provided lifesaving blood donations and hope to our patients.
All those donating blood at Community Blood Bank’s donor room locations or blood drives November 9 through December 31 will receive a certificate for a free 7-day membership to GreatLife Fitness Clubs in the area. The certificate will be available to redeem at the convenience of the donor and their schedule.

Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with a signed parent consent form found at www.cbblifeblood.org) weigh 110 pounds or more and be in good general health. Donors exhibiting cold or flu symptoms are unable to donate. A valid identification is required at the time of registration. It is recommended that a person eat and drink plenty of fluids prior to donating blood. With policies associated in addressing COVID-19, only donors with appointments will be accepted.
