Flags are at half-staff across South Dakota out of respect for the victims of the mass shooting in Minneapolis

Governor Larry Rhoden has ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff across the state as a way of respecting the victims of this week’s mass shooting in Minneapolis.
They are to remain at half-staff until sunset on Sunday.
The shooting took place while the children prayed at a Catholic mass., which the Governor calls horrific.
