PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Attorney General Marty Jackley is joining dozens of his colleagues in cracking down on social media apps that put kids’ safety at risk. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison sued TikTok Tuesday, calling it “digital nicotine” for creating addictive content. Jackley says the group wants safer social media, not bans, to protect kids while keeping platforms as places for them to connect.
