SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Investigators say Sioux Falls police officers were justified in shooting a suspect in early July. 24-year old Deondre Black Hawk fired at officers first, as he tried fleeing. He was hospitalized after being struck by bullets several times when officers returned fire.
