SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls swimming pools will begin the process of closing within a few days. Frank Olson and Terrace Park pools will be the first, closing on Sunday. Terrace Park will host a Swimming Gone to the Dogs event next Tuesday, with a similar event at Laurel Oak in early September.
