DES MOINES, IA (KELO.com) — The lead attorney for landowners who fought a carbon dioxide pipeline in South Dakota has been reprimanded by the Iowa Supreme Court. Brian Jorde also represented landowners in Iowa, and included statements to regulators in both states from an individual who later said she would not submit those statements. The statements were not included in the commission hearings in either state.
