SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — They say they were refused service at a Denny’s restaurant in Sioux Falls, and they’re suing. Damon Whitfield and Hector Madera say a waitress ignored them, served others first, and later told them, “I’m not serving your people” and then called police. They’re seeking four million dollars in damages in a federal lawsuit. Denny’s says it regrets the incident, fired the employee and provided additional training to employees.
