LINCOLN COUNTY, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota now has a dozen measles cases, with six new cases just reported. Eight of the cases are in Lincoln County. The rest are in the western part of the state, in Meade and Pennington counties. All of the individuals were unvaccinated or unsure of the vaccination status. Most had recently traveled internationally.
