SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — We may be headed to the polls over school funding in Sioux Falls. The School board opted out of state tax limits to deal with a budget shortfall. Without the opt out, the district would need to cut 15-million dollars in spending next year. Some residents are circulating petitions to force a community-wide vote on the move.
