PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — So far, no human cases, but West Nile virus has been detected in mosquitoes in Minnehaha and Brown Counties. State Epidemiologist Dr. Joshua Clayton is recommending residents take action to protect themselves with bug spray and by wearing long sleeves…especially from dusk to dawn.
