SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Three people from the Hibachi Grill and Buffet in Sioux Falls who were arrested on federal immigration charges, have been released on bond. They include the restaurant’s owner, manager, and a third person. They allegedly employed and harbored undocumented workers over the past decade while taking illegal deductions from the worker’s paychecks. The were arrested last week. As of Monday, the restaurant remained closed with a sign on the door saying “limited staffing”.
