PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Schools across the country are being warned they could lose federal education funding if they maintain DEI programs. They have to sign a letter of assurance by April 13th to avoid the loss of funds. State Education Secretary Joe Graves hasn’t said how South Dakota will respond. Minnesota and New York have already said they won’t comply.
