SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Construction and development are off to a strong start in Sioux Falls this year. 229-million dollars worth of construction permits were issued in the first quarter, compared to 160-million a year ago. Chief Building Official Neil King says large projects like C-J Foods, Silencer Central and Avera Health are major factors.
