PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — With a tight budget this year, it’s hard to get any new money from Pierre. A legislative committee killed a bill today that would ahve increased childcare assistance rates from the current 75 percent, up to 90 percent. During testimony, it was revealed that South Dakota already ranks among the 17 states with the highest reimbursement rates.
