SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Some push back in the legislature on the long-term leases for the One Stop government centers in Sioux Falls and Rapid City. The state Senate Appropriations committee voted unanimously this morning to require legislative approval for long-term state building leases. That’s a direct response to the controversial 30-year lease agreements signed for the One Stop Centers.
