MITCHELL, SD (KELO.com) — Mitchell baseball players are wondering if they’ll be allowed to play Legion ball again, following a sex assault scandal that interrupted last year’s season. Several players pleaded guilty to charges during a rape investigation tied to an incident that happened during a tournament in Rapid City. The state American Legion Association says there are conditions. Neither the coach nor the players involved would be allowed to participate.
