PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Summit Carbon Solutions is the company behind the proposed CO2 pipeline in South Dakota. The company is suing PUC Commissioner Kristie Fiegen, trying to block her from deciding their application to build the line. Members of her family own land that will be affected by the line. Summit says her participation presents a conflict of interest and could leave the PUC’s decision open for legal challenge.
