PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The move to create Education Savings Accounts has picked up some high-powered support. Secretary of Education Joseph Graves is also on board, saying they will unleash the positive, powerful forces of competition in the educational marketplace. Leading education groups across the state are gearing up to oppose the measure.
