SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are asking for help from the public in locating two children it says are “missing and endangered.”
2-year-old Kingston Gutzmer and 9-month-old Apallo Gutzmer were last seen with their father Cody on Saturday, according to police.
Police said on Facebook “Cody is suspected of taking both children and has since shut off his phone.”
