YANKTON, SD (KELO.com) — It was school as usual in Yankton today, despite an officer-involved shooting in a school parking lot last night. The incident happened in a High School parking lot, where a man was reported as having a gun. Superintendent Dr. Wayne Kindle says it was an isolated incident, and no student or staff member was threatened or injured. A wrestling meet was taking place at the high school, and there was a lock down until the situation was resolved.
