DES MOINES, IA (KELO.com) — Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is among 17 Republican governors pushing congress to adopt a new Farm Bill. The group points to the high input costs, inflation and interest rates that are beyond the control of farmers, saying the stability provided by a new Farm Bill is sorely needed. The measure is more than a year overdue. Governor Kristi Noem was not among those signing on to the letter.
