LENNOX, SD (KELO.com) — The state of South Dakota has found a willing partner to handle sewage from a proposed men’s penitentiary between Harrisburg and Canton. The Lennox City Council unanimously approved an agreement last night, over the objections of prison opponents. The state will pay 10 1/2-million dollars up front plus a monthly user fee.
