MOUNT RUSHMORE, SD (KELO.news) — Governor Noem will apply for a fourth of July fireworks permit at Mount Rushmore again this year. She’s been denied the permit every year since 2020. The Governor says it would be a great way to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary, and Donald Trump’s return to the White House.
