SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) You could be in for some traffic delays next week if the I-229 & Cliff Avenue interchange is part of your daily commute. The northbound off-ramp will be closed from Monday through Wednesday. Crews are doing prelim-work for next year’s planned reconstruction of the interchange.
