Department of Corrections ends prison lockdown

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A prison lockdown of nearly three weeks is over. The Department of Corrections made the announcement earlier this week. Officials say they were conducting searches, in which they discovered dangerous contraband.
