PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A former state prison employee admits to having sexual contact with an inmate. Attorney General Marty Jackley says 36-year old Cassandra Jelsma has pleaded guilty to having prohibited sexual contact with a prisoner. She was the prison’s communications maintenance tech at the time. Jelsma faces a maximum penalty of four years in prison and a four-thousand dollar fine.
