SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Some Sioux Falls residents are pushing for action to end gun violence in the city. Sioux Falls has had eight homicides so far this year – after having only two in all of last year. The Hurdle Life Coach Foundation organized a meeting over the weekend that featured speeches and memorials for those lost to gun violence. Police chief Jon Thum says investigators are working overtime to solve the crimes.
