SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Violence over the Labor Day weekend has Sioux Falls Police Investigators working double-time. There are four shooting incidents they’re investigating. A trailer home on the city’s west side was shot over a dozen times early Saturday morning. Sunday morning, an 18-year old was wounded by a gunshot in the arm. Late Monday night, a suspect fired two shots into a car at 12th and Walts. And, shortly after two Tuesday morning, an apartment building was shot in the 400 block of North Duluth Avenue. Information Officer Sam Clemens says, so far, no one has been arrested.
Officer Clemens says, thankfully, there were no life-threatening injuries in any of the shootings.
