RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO.com) — A major drug dealer is out of business.
Cory Croyle, 37, of Rapid City, 37, was sentenced to 33 years in federal prison after being convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
In sentencing Croyle, Judge Karen Schreier noted the conspiracy involved one of the larger quantities of drugs she has seen in her decades on the bench.
Croyle was on parole while dealing fentanyl, which led to the death of one person.
