WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — They committed swatting events against a hundred private individuals and public officials, including a bomb threat in South Dakota. Two foreigners – one from Romania and another from Serbia – have been charged with conspiracy and providing false information regarding explosives. One of their calls was a bomb threat at the South Dakota School of Mines in 2020.
