WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — Senator Mike Rounds is pushing for more money for tribal law enforcement. He says funding levels are running 25 years behind the times. That comes as tribes are reporting crime rates that are five times the national average. Rounds says funding needs to improve to deal with runaway drug and violence issues.
